- Responsibilities
- Service Manager
- Set Up all works for service department
- Responsible for scheduling service camp and Coaching
- Responsible and supervision for maintenance all company products
- Responsible for set up service center and service tool
- Responsible for part warranty and claim
- Understanding how to make failure report
- Set Up the warranty policy or service policy
- Ensure customers are satisfaction with service policy
- Other job required by top management
- Workshop Manager
- Set Up all works for warehouse department
- Coaching how to assembly
- Coaching how to report IRU
- Ensure all products are PID after assembly
- Ensure all products are available for delivery
- Conduct stock count at every month and making report
- Other required by top management
- Requirements of applicants:
- Service Manager
- Well versed in MS office suite
- Must know Basic English and fluent Khmer
- Minimum 2 years experiences with servicemanagement. Automotive industry experience is necessary
- Persons with prior work experience in Cambodia will be given preference
- Passionate about motorcycles
- Workshop Manager
