    • Premier Travel & Tours, is a well-established tour operator, a ground handler, a ticketing agent, founded in late 2008 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia by an Australian who decided to make his home in Cambodia. Now we are seeking qualified/experienced candidate to expand our ticketing section.

  • Duties + Requirements 
    • Ticketing Staff
      • Duties 
        • Ticketing using different platform 
        • Dealing with client's quotes 
        • Update & rechecking all airlines, passport & visa fee. 
        • Follow up with passport, visa processing 
        • Recheck and follow up with all bookings 
        • Other administrative work as and when required 
      • Requirements 
        • Female and not over 27years of age 
        • Abacus and/or Galileo booking system 
        • At lease one year experience in ticketing 
        • Accounting skill will be an added advantage 
        • Computer literacy with MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and Email 
        • Knowledge or experience in Peachtree accounting would be an advantage
    • Sales Executive for EQP 
       
        Duties
      • To execute designed Sales activities/Distribution plan & coverage/and shop-floor execution for the products within his/her territory according to the plan;
      • To communicate with related team members & staff in order to integrate marketing promotion to sales;
      • To plan sales activities in his/her territory to maintain and lift sales;
      • To establish the market information about focus products and commodity product in area his possible;
      • To handle customers complaints and solve the soonest possible time;
      • To prepare weekly and monthly report to Supervisor;
      • To keep update on product knowledge and market knowledge which be helpful to sell;
      • To conduct regularly customer visit, survey competitor, and product price
    •   Requirements
      • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or possessed Medical Background
      • Minimum two years experience in the same field
      • Good knowledge of MS Office application
      • Strong in English, verbal/written communication
      • Good leadership, organizational and communication skill
      • Highly motivated & Results oriented
    • Sales Representative for DSC 
       
        Duties
      • Gathering market information and analysis such as users information, trade information, product information, competitor information for market analysis;
      • Prepare quotation to customer and collect orders from customer;
      • Process purchase orders (including customers‘ credit status checking);
      • Prepare TT slip to supplier;
      • Conduct goods inspection and prepare report;
      • Delivery good to customer;
      • Handling customers complaints and solve the soonest possible time;
      • Preparing weekly and monthly report to Supervisor;
      • Conduct regularly customer visit, survey competitor, and product price;
      • Arrange schedule visit customer & update new products;
      • Find new potential customer;
      • Find new supplier for the best (price & quality) offer.
    •   Requirements
      • Bachelor degree of in Chemical & Food or equivalent
      • New graduate student are welcome
      • Experience with laboratory (Chemical, Food & Beverage) is a plus
      • Good knowledge of MS Office application
      • Good English, verbal & written communication
      • Good organizational and communication skill
      • Highly motivated & Results oriented
    •  Sales Representative for DDC 
       
        Duties
      • Execute the designed Sales activities/Distribution plan and coverage and shop-floor execution for the products within his/her assigned territory.
      • Collect orders from the customers
      • Process purchase orders (including customers’ credit status checking)
      • Deliver orders (for SR who perform duty on Up Country & Out-skirt of Phnom Penh only)
      • Do payment collection and monitoring of collectibles (for SR who perform duty on Up Country & Out-skirt of Phnom Penh only)
      • Do regular coverage of the customers and keep track of their needs
      • Plan sales activities in his/her assigned territory to maintain and increase sales
      • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to Sales Supervisor
      • Follow up all SOP related to the job
      • Handle customers complaints and solve problems in the soonest possible time
      • Implement marketing activities such as Promotional Communication, POSM placement, Products Display... in outlets within the assigned territory
      • Maintain good communication among colleagues and try best in following the culture of our company
      • Performs related duties as required.
    •   Requirements
      • Degree in Sales/Marketing or related fields
      • At least 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing of FMCG consumer products in General and Modern Trade (for non-BA holder)
      • Strong in English, verbal/written communication
      • Organizational skills are essential.
      • Car driving with a valid driving license (good to have)
      • Results oriented, leadership skills, well organized, ethical.
      • Willing to travel a lots in the city or to provinces
      • Patient and flexible
    •  Accounting Intern for ACF 
       
        Duties
      • To do data entry in accounting system
      • To assist Finance Team for document verifications and filling
      • To perform other assigned tasks as required
    •   Requirements
      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and Banking, or related field.
      • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
