Work with hiring managers on recruiting and create job descriptions
Prepare job posting through each effective media to reach target candidate
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing for each open position
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting and implementation
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Coordinate with Labor Law Inspector check all comply base on Cambodia Labor Law
Coordinate on employee health check and process on work permit.

Bachelor in Business administrative or related degree
2 or 3 years stretching experience in HR
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure
Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits
Strong commitment to diversity
Working knowledge of labor laws
Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and SAP.
Strong in project management and excellent monitoring skills
Proactive and Team player
Perfect standard of written and spoken English
