• Description  
• Family Health Development, (FHD), is a local NGO who operates in Phnom Penh since 2008. FHD manage two main activities:
  FHD is a Health Equity Funds Operator, operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Health. The Health Equity Funds covers more than 11,000 beneficiaries among the most vulnerable households in Phnom Penh area.
  Since September 2013, FHD manage SKY, a Voluntary Membership Health Insurance. SKY offers complete health coverage for individuals, families, and groups in 4 Health Centers, 4 Referral Hospitals and 2 National Hospitals.
  
  Under the supervision of the project manager, the main mission of the Salesman is to promote our new health insurance product in order to increase the number of people insured. Due to the expansion of business, we are seeking a dynamic/motivate person to fill in position as follows.

• Duties + Requirement
•  Sales
• Define a list of target customers to contact
• Contact, make appointment and present the SKY A product to potential clients
• Negotiate and elaborate the contract with client, under the supervision of PM
• Make research and update the database of clients
• Follow up new registration of SKY A clients

•  Promotion
• Design, with the PM, SKY presentation and update it regularly
• Make sure all SKY tools are available (leaflets, benefit package presentation etc.)
• Design and organize promotion event if required.

• Reporting

• Provide an immediate feedback to the Project Manager in case of emergency
• Provide, on time , a weekly report of activities ( clients contacted, results, issues, next target and activities)

• Good writing and speaking in Khmer
• Autonomous and well organized

• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Good communication (both written and spoken) in Khmer and English
• Know how to handle Excel, Power Point, and outlook
